Maria excels at anchoring advanced Agile theory in real-world experience. Instead of just lecturing, she structured the class so that we explored concepts first hand in small breakout groups, giving us the time to think through scenarios together before she delivered the core lessons. This hands-on loop made the advanced coaching and facilitation concepts much easier to digest and apply. I left the course with practical insights I can immediately bring back to my teams.
