The course is designed as a compact 4 week continuos learning and practial implementation program consisting of the following steps:

  • Step 1: A 3 day initial workshop to cover the advanced concepts of Scrum Mastery
  • Step 2: Completing and submitting four(4) work at home assignments over a period of 4 weeks
  • Step 3: Submitting a mentorship report (This can be completed in concurrence to Step 2)
  • Step 4: A concluding 1 hour combined workshop at the end of 4 week period to go through any queries, questions and observations from the past 4 weeks
