Gino is a fantastic trainer. He kept high energy throughout the entire program and kept us engaged from start to finish. He is great at reading the room and finding just the right moments to call “Elmo” or bring in an energizer. It made the learning flow very natural and enjoyable. I have attended many trainings on this topic before, and I can honestly say that he is the only trainer I’ve met who is able to explain the art of Agile and the Product Owner role in such a practical way, both by sharing his own professional experiences and by letting us experiment and learn from mistakes. Gino was engaging and insightful throughout the course. His use of stories and bringing the topic to life taught lessons throughout, and he liked to catch out our assumptions while we learned through experiencing - not just reading. A great 2 day course delivered well all while everybody felt comfortable (to ask questions and seek clarity in a safe space - as well as environmentally) and included in the journey of learning.

It was an amazing experience.

Becoming a Product Owner is the next step in my career. I took this training as a booster for my next position, and it helped me not only with the foundations of the job but also with good tips and insights that I can start using straight away. Incorporating AI is a smart decision; it is the future, and we have to learn how to work alongside it. The training is very dynamic, with hands-on examples that help understand the theory behind it better. So, in general, excellent course with an excellent trainer.
