Arlen Bankston is an exceptional trainer whose expertise and professional background greatly enhance the topics he covers during training sessions. I benefited greatly from his training and would highly recommend both him and this course to anyone seeking valuable insights and learning experiences.

Arlen is a great instructor. I learned a lot from him and the other attendees. The second day was less interactive than the first which made it a bit harder to pay attention.

Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) was an excellent class. The teacher was well versed in his subject and had great illustrations and was very engaging. The whole experience was great all the way through. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to go on as a ScrumMaster and get their certification.

This is my second Scrum training with Arlen, and he is an outstanding trainer!

Grow Leam institute courses and Teachers are the best. Arlen Noel Bankston would be my 100% recomendation to anyone who is looking to do CSP-SM or any other certification. Their apporach to teaching interactively with visual Presentation makes learning more fun. For CSP-SM Arlen's approach to frequent collaborative sessions among class attendees gave me hands-on learning with real world examples. I am very glad I selected Gorw-Lean institute for this and past certifications.
