Useful class, good to distinguish the role of facilitator and how it different from coaching.

Thorough training, highly recommended.

I love training with Kate and Anu. They trade topics back and forth, playing off each other and their respective skillsets amazingly. It's obvious training is where their hearts are as they put some much effort into making sure things are well set up and that the topics really make sense to everyone. I highly recommend taking any training they offer.

The intructors were very knowledgable and approachable. They encouraged questions and using real life situations. We had many small group break out sessions to test us on using the new concepts and discuss and find the best possible resolution for different situations. Mural was the tool we used in the class. I hadn't use it before but they gave us time before the class started to become familiar with it. I would take another class with these trainers in a heart beat!

Anu and Kate are awesome. Kept the sessions interactive, with plenty of fun activities. The material was also engaging, and combined with the presentation format made the two days of the course fly by.

The class was an excellent learning experience that covered a lot of great material. The instructors delivered the content in a fun and engaging way, using memorable examples and activities. I enjoyed the class and learned a lot from it.
