The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) class is a three-day learning experience for Certified ScrumMasters with a year’s experience who need to take the next step in learning, scaling, and dealing with resistance to become true experts. The A-CSM program is designed to build on your foundational knowledge with enhanced skills for implementing Scrum and Agile techniques within your company and teams. 

PDUs and SEUs 
Participants earn 21 PDUs from the PMI, which can be applied to Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) designations. 
Participants also earn 21 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) toward the renewal of Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) designations from the Scrum Alliance.

In order to obtain the A-CSM certification, you will need to: 

  1. attend the 3-day A-CSM training
  2. complete the pre-course preparation homework
  3. hold a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate and
  4. demonstrate at least one year's work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (from within the past five years).
