Product Owners have a unique and demanding role on Agile teams.  A Product Owner decides what the team will create next, in order to deliver more value to the customer. In this Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) class, you'll learn the framework, principles, and values that make scrum work, plus key skills and tools you need to be effective. You will discover how to juggle multiple stakeholders’ needs, get hands-on practice creating a product vision, learn new ways to get to know your customers so that you can choose the right next piece of value to bring to market for them, and explore your role as a Product Owner in relation to the stakeholders, customers, team, and organization.

CSPOs decide what the team will create, ordering the work to ensure that the most valuable, impactful products reach customers at a regular cadence.

You will be required to dedicate yourself to 100% of the instructor led time to achieve the certification creditials.

Pricing is $695 (Please note that the pricing shown does not reflect Eventbrite processing fees that will be included during registration.)

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a refund you must notify us no later than 10 business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation requests received after the 10 day window will be issued a credit that can be applied towards a future class within the next 12 months.
