Building Alignment and Empathy
With Ellen Gottesdiener, Founder of EBG Consulting; Dave Sharock, CST®; and Luke Hohmann, Founder and CEO at Conteneo Inc.

One of the keys to building awesome products and services is aligning your Scrum Teams on the vision you've established for your products and services. That's good — but you can do even better by creating empathy for your customers and the problems they're facing. In this webinar, we explored frameworks and techniques that large Agile teams can leverage to build alignment on vision and empathy with customers and stakeholders.

About the Collaboration at Scale Webinar Series

A joint production of Scrum Alliance® and Conteneo Inc., the Collaboration at Scale webinar series is designed to provide a series of focused, outcome-driven solutions to collaboration problems faced by CSPOs®, ScrumMasters, and Scrum Team members in organizations of 10 or more Scrum Teams.
