I had the pleasure of taking the Certified ScrumMaster training online with Mark Levison, at Agile Pain Relief, and really enjoyed his approach to learning. His use of Mural to deliver the training was great. The class was interactive, and we were able to complete practical scenarios while working in a scrum team like environment. It seemed any question that was asked he could point the class to a blog he had written on the subject. I highly recommend his class.

While other trainers may offer an agenda, that isn’t our style. We believe in Scrum, so we run each workshop using Scrum principles to give you immediate hands-on experience. Instead of an agenda, we use a Product Backlog of all the topics needed to meet all certification requirements, plus so very much more. Then just like in real Scrum, attendees work as a team with Mark to make choices about what gets added, reordered, etc.
The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course is usually the best fit for anyone new to Scrum as it’s focused on the basics of Scrum and the role of the team and the ScrumMaster.
