Course details
Understand and apply an agile framework for project management – Scrum. This course allows delegates to gain an appreciation of the Scrum framework and how to apply it in their own context. A varied mix of both theory and practical exercises, makes this a popular choice for clients wishing to start a more agile journey towards a high-quality and frequent delivery structure.
This course is aimed at all members of a delivery team, and will introduce the roles and responsibilities within an effective Scrum team with a strong focus of the ScrumMaster role.
How will the course be delivered?
The course will be delivered by LIVE video feed and will involve a mix of theory and exercise-based learning. We utilise just two simple (and free) online collaboration tools which you can access during the course.
From our experiences of running online training, we have developed and iterated on a training style to manage both your energy level and attention span! By using self-led exercises and breakout room functionality we aim to ensure you get the most of your online training experience.

Great course and absolutely value for money!
Paul was fantastic from the opening minute to the last. He's extremely knowledgeable and his interest and experience shine through in the course. His laidback yet informative and engaging style meant I was considerably more involved and focused than any previous courses I have attended. I found the time enjoyable and educational and look forward to taking my learnings and applying them into my day to day job. Thanks for your time and experience Paul
Paul is an excellent trainer. The entire group was engaged and enjoyed all of the fun activities and visuals. Group exercises made it easier to understand the theory. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed the course and found the tutor easy to follow and understand.
Enganging and knew his stuff. Would be happy to have him as mentor/teacher in the future.
Engaging delivery, backed up by lots of practical experience.
Paul was a great teacher for this course. The activities were fun and engaging, but also illustrated his points about working in a scrum team well. The notes provided were very useful. It was overall very thought-provoking and I will be taking a number of things forward from this course to consider how they can be applied in our own team.
It has a lot of valued doing this training on-site since the trainer has a lot of experience, the material and the exercises are very well chosen, which creates a nice atmosphere to learn and to absorve easily the new concepts.
Just brilliant, Paul was relatable, broke it down into easy chunks of information and overall delivered a great course
Great course overall, Paul is a phenomenal instructor
