Reviews
There were a lot of activities which were good, however the instructor was always talking and explaining without notes or key takeaways. The activities were clear and made to understand how to use SCRUM, however, it does not teach how to handle the exam, what to expect of the exam. Additionally, although the activities were done, there were no conclusions, instructor did not run through the team's activities. No inputs were given, once the activities were done, it was done. We don't know if we did it right and we can improve further. By the end of the first day I was not able to answer a single test question I attempted from the trial papers. Second day slightly better after I did some self study. No doubt the instructor knows what she is teaching and understands, but when it comes to academically teaching and making students understand, it's far from perfect. After taking the exam, I found that none of the technical terms nor questions were discussed or explained. The exam format was not shared, how many sections, how many questions, how to attempt the test to get our marks. There are evangelists of technologies and there are teachers, the instructor is more of an evangelist, not much of a teacher in this sense. A lot of videos were provided, but no notes, no key points that we need to note for exam. Understanding activities vs academically testing is always different, the lecturer needs to understand that. The exam did not test us on SCRUM activities but a lot of terminology which requires memorizing and studying, the course equipped us with activities, the studying equipped us with terminology, I don't see the relevance of having the course & exam since they are so vastly different. Hope this helps.
The Quality of training was great.
Great content, course materials, and way of teaching are excellent and practical
The product is good and I required it to apply to my current job role.
Apeksha is very good in describing the SM knowledge.
insightful , informative , interesting
Apeksha is the best tutor ever. She very much knows how to teach without letting students know that they are in a class. Product is simply good and very much useful.
Attending this workshop was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations. Apeksha's expertise and passion for Scrum were evident from the start, making complex concepts easily understandable and engaging. The training material was meticulously organized and highly relevant, with practical examples enhancing its applicability to real-world scenarios. Her facilitation style struck a perfect balance between structure and flexibility, ensuring comprehensive coverage of topics while fostering open discussion and collaboration among participants. Through interactive techniques and group exercises, she kept attendees engaged and attentive throughout the workshop, even in a virtual setting. Overall, this workshop is highly recommended for both newcomers and those seeking to deepen their understanding of Scrum.
Good explanation and experience
Very useful
