Content was excellent. Really hit home in a lot of areas and gave me a lot to think about entering the new year. It has become fairly obvious that I am (and have been) doing things the "wrong way" for a long time! Learned a lot in the course, not so much nuts-and-bolts, but higher level concepts, approaches and ideologies!
