I cannot thank John enough for his expert guidance, and easy way of engaging our class on Zoom. I went into the course quite anxious about how theoretical and heavy the content could be, but I didn't need to worry, as John broke complex theory into bitesize chunks and made it easy to learn. I particularly enjoyed his sports and military analogies, and I left the two days feeling energised and excited to continue my Scrum Master journey.

The SCM training explains how to use scrum as a framework when a customer has a rough idea about a tool or product and there are a lot of uncertainties during development.
