This 2-day course offers the ultimate in hands-on learning for acting Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Stakeholders and Development Team members looking to up their skill set. This is a deep dive into the role based on the internationally recognised Scrum Guide and the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance.

There is also a clear focus on how the Product Owner role is crucial to all aspects of Scrum. Based on what is learned on this course you will return to the challenge of efficiently managing the product backlog full of confidence.

The Product Owner role can be challenging, but it is essential that the PO is resolute within the Scrum framework so that a product will be efficiently delivered to the marketplace.

The 100 US dollar cost of full membership of the Scrum Alliance is included in the course fee. 

On successfully completing the full two days of training each attendee will be designated a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). There is currently no test or exam at the end of the course.

That means you will leave the training in possession of the Certified Scrum Product Owner certificate, an invaluable and recognised qualification in Scrum that will boost your professional standing and prospects.

Certified Scrum Product Owner - Certification

Successful completion of the 2-Day CSPO training course means you are not only a Certified Product Owner, you are also entitled to enjoy 2 years of membership of the Scrum Alliance. That brings access to exclusive member-only information, resources and materials.

Certification Renewal

Your certification will be active for a 2-year period, at that time you will be asked to follow the Scrum Alliance renewal process.

To renew the certification, individuals must achieve and record 20 SEUs (Scrum Education Units) and pay a renewal fee of $100 US. 

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

The also course earns you 14 PDUs (Category A) within the PMI. PDUs can be used toward PMP, PMI-ACP and other certifications.
