Description
The 2-day Kanban Fundamentals (KF2) course is accredited through the Scrum Alliance Registered Education Provider continuing education program and is designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of the Kanban Method

By the end of this course, attendees should be able to:

*Design and implement a basic Kanban board.
*Identify work item types and the risks associated with specific work items.
*Create/design and choose a Kanban board design that is best suited for their context.
