Stefan Tinel started his carier in 2001 as developer COBOL but after finishing his training as engineer in computer science he continued his carier as a analyst programmer.
In 2007 he wanted to discover some new technologies and started as a VB6 analyst programmer and became in 2008 teamleader of the development team.
In 2009 he also became adjunct manager in the development team and was the IT-projectleader of a migration project of the VB6 front application to a C# application.
Fortunately, he got to know scrum in 2010, followed the CSM certifications and introduced scrum into his team and into the company.
Suddenly the word Scrum was known in the company and everywhere wondered what this exactly meant.
In 2012 Stefan changed from the ICT-department to the business side and started working in the Organisation department as a management consulted, specialised in Agile - Lean.
In 2014 Stefan did a specialisation as a CSPO in order to find out, how to even better apply scrum.
