Developed information radiators in the form of Jira Dashboards to reflect quality (defect resolution rate, average time in status etc.) and sprint progress and impediment resolution.
Ran local/distributed stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and planning sessions using Skype and screen shared Jira Agile boards.
Introduced use of Zephyr Testing Suite plug in for Jira to better visualise the relationship between defects and test case progress.
Developed 3 tier delivery model including a pre-sprint ‘Elaboration’ phase run using Kanban to fully flesh out user stories, visual designs and architectural implications, a 2 week Scrum sprint and thirdly a Release phase also run in Kanban that allowed for more flexible UAT and subsequent production release.
