Robert Stephen (Steve) Mecham - "Do the right projects right!"

I help companies "Do the right projects right!" 'Right' projects delight customers and deliver value within a balanced project portfolio which meets strategic objectives. 'Doing them right' starts with the business essentials of delivery within time and budget constraints. But, I believe it also means that the team and organization should become even more effective and positive, ready to tackle the next challenge!

I am an avid Agile practitioner and coach, with deep experience in traditional 'waterfall' methods and able to blend the two. One methodology does not fit all projects. I now use my experience, skills and passions to help companies deliver software products and/or web-based services implemented in an Agile/Scrum environment, but also leverage best practices from the Waterfall 'toolbelt' when dictated by organization or project needs.
