I have over two decades of engineering and service related experience. I have served as Sr. Systems Engineer (GE), Manager Productivity Engineering (Toshiba) and more recently, as Vice President of Technology and Engineering for KLA-Tencor and Brooks-PRI Automation. Since 2002 I have worked as a consultand in the M2M device connectivity and IT domains. I have a deep understanding of all aspects of customer support, from front line Support Engineer(GE), to National Service Manager MRI, Service Operations(Toshiba).
In these capacities, I have built some of the worlds most successful technology programs for the enhancement of service delivery, "Remote Diagnostics", "e-Diagnostics" and “Device Relationship Management” for the world’s largest companies in both the Semiconductor and Medical Imaging Industries. A product that I developed and patented for KLA-Tencor was sold to Brooks-PRI Automation for $33 Million in 2002.
