Ron DeFord is an experienced SCRUM professional with experience leading SCRUM teams, implementing SCRUM within organizations, and optimizing SCRUM within existing teams. The various roles I have played within various organizations has given me broad experience in SCRUM and SCRUM implementations. I have worked with SCRUM in public companies such as Xerox and RealPage, and private companies such as Glazers. Agile methodoligies/frameworks were a blend of SCRUM, XP, and Lean.
We used pair programming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives,
Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, Eliminated Waste, Decided as late as possible, Delivered as fast as
possible, Created Srories, Assigned Story Points, had a Self-organizing team, Kanban, Customer
Collaboration, Delivered working software and empowered team members. Sprints were 2 weeks long.
Project was delivered on time, within budget, and with a high customer satisfaction rating.
