BDO LLP, Senior Project Manager
April 2012 - Present, London, GB
I'm a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master who focuses on delivering high quality solutions, managing scope, time, resources and cost effectively. My history of projects has proven I deliver successful Agile and Waterfall projects in a number of industries (e.g. accountancy, banking, retail, and chemical) and in companies of all sizes and cultures.
With every project I'm determined to create a great and dynamic working environment for my team and client(s). A happy team equals increased efficiency and improved quality. I am ambitious, a people-person and a team player who fits into any environment/culture easily. I’m calm in pressured situations which helps keep a clear mind and ensures decisive but correct decisions are made. I have strong leadership skills and enjoy coaching other roles (including clients) through the project life-cycle.
Project management is a profession I'm passionate about and are always looking to improve. I've renewed my PMP and scrum master qualification recently and have recently passed the Learning Tree - Project Risk Management exam. I will never believe I’m the finished article and will always look to learn new skills. At present I’m studying for my PMI-Agile Practitioner exam to become a true expert in everything agile and also French (well why not?).
