Biography

Philip Ruff I have been doing Agile since before it was called Agile, do you remember XP eXterme Programming now Scrum Software practices. And I have been doing continuous delivery since about that time. I have been an agile champion since 2000. I am able to connect with most different part of the SDLC, ALM etc because I have been in their shoes at one time or another and am pretty good at perspective shifting. I also have forgotten or assume we have all learned lesson from agile, lean and scrum and sometime realize I need to share some of the experiences I have learned over these years. I prefer to prototype a CI, CD or devops pipeline and lead scrum by example. I even practice many of the values and principles at home with a kanban of the freeze as well as a weekly family meeting aka retrospective.
