I have been working in an agile or project management environment for almost ten years now and still love every minute of it! I have graduated from the class of Gant charts and project budget and estimation to a wonderful world of self sustaining teams and helping everyone understand their roles and grow in them. I have worked with many highly functional teams and many not so functional teams (these are my favorite to turn around).
