Biography

Markus Wissekal

CSM since 2009

I've been in IT for more than 15 years. In 2008 I developed a deep affinity for agile methods. I started with Scrum but found that in many environments Scrum is challenged. In the rapidly changing space of Startups it creates too much overhead. Here is where I got my experiences with Lean Startup, Design Sprints and Design Thinking. But also in the Enterprise, i've seen Scrum Initiatives fail. Here is where I use my knowledge and skills as Switzerland's only accredited Kanban Trainer to help my customers in finance, insurance and transportation.

I'm a speaker at agile (and non agile) events all over europe.

Experience in:

Scrum, Kanban, Agile Leadership, Coaching (Solution Focused, Systemic), Lean Startup, Agile Softwaredevelopment, Lean Softwaredevelopment, Continuous Delivery, Specification By Example, BDD/ATDD, Focus on User and Customer Value, Pragmatism
