My primary activities are leading and managing projects consisting of multiple Agile teams, with both client and development teams in different locations. The key account involves the development of extensive project management software for the translation of different products, the client is for a Forbes 500 based in London, England. My secondary activity is coaching the teams from forming to performing and assisted them to scale up and down according to needs with a controlled impact on their productivity. I assist the Product Owners, Scrum Masters and the Development Teams to deliver high-value product while striving for self-organisation, high-collaboration and accountability.

I lead the development team of WiMP Music 2.0 (TIDAL) for Mac OS and Windows. I created, and managed the development process of the application from one country with one hundred thousand users, to six countries reaching over three million users.
TIDAL is owned by a collection of artists: JAY Z, Madonna, Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Arcade Fire, Beyonce, Calvin Harris, Chris Martin, Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Jack White, Jason Aldean, J. Cole, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Carter and Usher.
TIDAL is an exclusive technology, the only music streaming platform streaming lossless audio quality in the global markets.

I lead the development teams for the Stortinget (Norwegian parliament House), Regeringen (Norwegian government) and Dagens Næringsliv (largest economy newspaper of Norway), keeping a high level of collaboration over small iterations.
I formed team in South America and Norway developing a process that enabled adding and removing team members without bringing the teams back to a formation phase. This process was based in providing training materials with mocking up tasks, and the systematisation of the team member evaluation until the developer was up-to-date with practices and his/her practices met satisfactory technical quality levels.
I coordinated the gatherings between the off-shore developers and managed we successfully created a shared vision via activities.
The digital TV of the clients above moved from Beta to production release, receiving further funds from Innovations Norway and the Norwegian media giant Smatcom TV.
