As lead Project Manager of an endeavor comprised of 4 distinct workgroups to 15 personnel, his work integrated 9 hotel and auto rental websites while advancing functionality of the host site. Other projects ranged from enhancements to site-wide transformations requiring control from the concept stage, through to releasing into production. Typically, Max managed development, testing, and other teams and oversaw Business Analysts. He additionally managed Trip Network’s defect remediation strategy and execution for a period to ensure site stability and revenue generation was not compromised.
