Hey All, I want to share my history with you:
I work in Computer Systems, and have been doing so for a long time. I took my first programming course when I was 15 and started working freelance and in personal project since age 20. At 26 I started doing this for a living.
During that period I worked for several companies, mostly working with US clients. I participated in several startup projects (cx.com beta was one of them). And since August 2011 I was promoted to Tech Lead, which made me start studying new (for me) ways to help improve the team's performance. That is how I met Scrum, and I'm learning and loving it ever since.
