Mayur is post graduate in Computer Applications with 15 years of IT experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), aspirant of Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and PMP certification with experience of around 5+ years in the field of Software Development, Project, Product, Process and Account Management.
 Well-versed in Waterfall, V-process, Agile Methods, Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) for SDLC implementation. Insightful knowledge of Project Analysis, Design, Re-engineering, Process rationalization, Cost control, Capacity planning, Quality, Security and Performance measurement. The project was initiated with goal to achieve MVP in the shortest possible duration [8 Sprints] and extend based on the Customer & User feedback. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, the contribution was facilitating scrum team's success which included; 1. Improving/increasing the productivity of the teams and quality of the deliverables. 2.
