Certified Scrum Product Owner

My name is Mario Sylvia and I have been practicing agile since 2013 in the role of Scrum Master and Agile Coach. My affinity for Agile began in 2012 when I attended a class taught by Marty Cagan on how to build products customers love. This class was a combination of product management, scrum and lean discovery techniques that opened my eyes to a new way of thinking. Since then, I have been inspired to practice a servant leadership mindset and help enable people to embrace agile as a way of life. My career background is in IT development, consulting, business analysis and pmo; I have also taught English abroad and was a professional dancer. Combined, these diverse skills have tremendously helped me find ways to connect with customers, executives and teams driving change through guidance, mentorship and passion.
