Kim Knuth-I was certified as a Scrum Master in 2005 when I was at Fiserv. I piloted the first Scrum team on our portal development work. As the other development teams in our organization saw our success they wanted to be coached and begin using Scrum. Myself and members from my initial team did the coaching of the others. When I left Fiserv I went to GHX where they were in the initial phases of adopting scrum. I worked with a couple of scrum teams that were doing work for one of our customers. I then applied for and received the CSP certification. We began working on a new product that would require 12 scrum teams to work together and started using the Release Train concept after being trained by Dean Leffingwell. We were successful in getting the product to market on time. I left GHX and went to IHS where they were adopting scrum and worked with several teams. One of the portfolios wanted to scale agile and we began planning with several teams using SAFe. I facilitated and then trained another Scrum Master to begin facilitating with this portfolio. I am now moving to Charles Schwab where they have been using scrum for some time and am excited to see their implementation.
