Early Warning is owned by the 5 largest banks in the US.
Hands on Project and Program management of core projects that enhance the Early Warning Platform of services.PM\Scrum Master of the top 3 core projects (Fraud, Identity Theft and BI) at Early Warning. Led teams and product owners from backlog planning through release planning to allow stakeholders to have visibility of project deliverables. Cleared roadblocks at the resource level or architecture/system level or deployment.
Guided teams through the change management process of new backbone technology implementations, design changes, priority changes, governance requirements and project start-up and completion issues.
Mentored other PMs, Scrum Masters and management on methodologies and process improvement.
