As a Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach, I work with multiple software development teams to engage in high-value software delivery through the Scrum and Kanban frameworks. My role includes serving my clients through team coaching, training and leading Agile transformations at the enterprise level. I seek to serve the Agile community through collaboration, engagement, and thought leadership.
I have been working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles and practices since 2006. In the years prior I had been engaged in traditional PMP practices, yet sensed that there was a better way. When I found what the scrum community was starting to uncover it changed my entire career. I started with a few small software development teams and began stripping away heavy and prescriptive processes and enabling the team with lightweight frameworks and principles.
I started my Information Technology career in hardware and infrastructure playing roles in support, business development, and project management. I transitioned to working with software development teams in 2008 and found my true passion. I have worked as an employee and a consultant on projects both large and small. I have spent considerable time working with state government agencies and I love embracing the challenges that come with helping an enterprise become truly Agile.
