David Uhlenberg is a passionate agilist, currently working as a Scrum Master Coach. In the past 5 years he worked in an international project developing a medical device. In this project he started as an agile developer working in a Scrum Team. After two years as a developer in a Scrum Team he got certified as a Scrum Master and started to serve the team in that role for three years. During that time he learned a lot about how to build and deliver high quality software with techniques like software craftsmanship, clean code and continuous integration. As a Scrum Master he learned how to motivate and coach a team to be self organized and productive by continuous reflection and adaption. He also learned how to communicate with stakeholders and how to create and foster a culture of transparency.
In his current project as a scrum master coach he coaches Scrum Teams, Scrum Masters and the management of a big company in agile principles and the Scrum process. In this role he enjoys to get in contact with a lot of different teams with different challenges and also working with the management on developing an agile mindset.
David Uhlenberg is also engaged in sharing his knowledge and experiences with conference talks or talks on user group events and writing articles in journals. He enjoys visiting user groups and getting in contact with and learning from other agilists.
