DUONG Trong Tan (Dương Trọng Tấn) is an active Agile practitioner, consultant and trainer. He practices Agile, translates and writes about Agile/Scrum/Lean and learning organizations, trains individuals, coaches teams and helps organizations transforming into Agile culture to be more productive, innovative and agile. He is the first people in Vietnam who translated Scrum Guide and several important Agile texts into Vietnamese. He has helped dozen of teams and organizations adopting Scrum and Agile successfully.
Before, Tan have had more than 10 years experiencing several roles in the IT industry from software developer, project manager, product manager, software development trainer, college instructor, curriculum designer, academic director, and educational innovation evangelist.
Tan is founder and co-founder of several well-known professional blogs including TapChiLapTrinh.vn, HanoiScrum.net, DaDien.net. He is currently writing for Tia Sang magazine with his passionate topics including learning theories and practices, educational technologies, education reform, Agile, Scrum, Lean and Software Craftsmanship.
Through his actions, Tan strives for a better Vietnam via education and innovation.
