He has worked in both startup and Fortune 500 environments, leading organizations with hundreds of engineers and administration staff spread across multiple geographies. Mr. Vaughan is currently advising entrepreneurial companies in market research, solution and product definition, and competitive analysis while also helping each business identify potential investors and lending strategies. Previously, he held leadership positions at Juniper Networks for the Edge & Aggregation business unit where he led all R&D activity for a division comprised of 600 engineers working on 3 major product lines that generated more than $1.5B in annual revenue. Mr. Vaughan earned his Master’s in Systems Engineering from Boston University & Bachelor’s EE.
