Hired to establish PMI and Agile methodologies and accepted practices into the high growth industry within which CareCore National is currently one of the the market leaders and innovators. Ran the IT development and implementation program for establishing a brand new market segment for the business around Muscular Skeletal Management for health plan determinations. Successfully delivered on a brand new product offering doing patient outreaches and scheduling for critical screenings (ex: Mammograms). Lead a critical SWAT team effort to stabilize our failing production environment through a series of upgrades and software changes – highest impact changes were hardware memory increases, SQL server upgrades and stored procedure tunings. All enhancements were done in Dev, Integration and then Production after extensive testing. Program managed the outsourcing of our Mailroom operation to handle the rapid volume increase in our mailings as well as to mitigate the risk of our end of life print shop hardware. Onboarded, orientated, and enforced compliance testing for thirty three consultants necessary to handle our rapid growth. Also, as part of establishing the IT PMO, I hired, supervised and mentored six PMs and five BAs. Establishing and enforcing project best practices and executive reporting for the newly formed PMO.
