Christopher Hardwick

Microsoft .Net Software architect/developer with team leader role, delivering high value specifications, applications, and documentation to meet customer needs. I enjoy all things related to the creation of software.

I started my career as a software support analyst. After working hard and reading a few books I moved into a software development role. From that point on I was obsessed with building better software. Putting the components together to make a system that met a business need. My love of scrum developed while working at ista North America. The company strugged with delivery and scrum was the answer! There I participated in the process, trained my teams and moved forward. From there I carried scrum through my next employer and then to my own company (where we use it with all of our partner relationships).

Scrum has been an important part of my career and will remain a part of it.
