I am experienced in business transformations with deep agile expertise and an extensive history of working with enterprise customers. I lead and play an active role in agile and business transformations to build a sustainable competitive advantage in today's world of business complexities and dynamics. My focus is on developing an organisation's capability to use agile as a strategic business asset, including culture change, leadership development, and work at all levels of the corporation. As a social architect I draw on a broad range of competencies from Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Complexity Theory, Lean Change Management, and Servant Leadership to support the transformation.
At heart I am a practical and pragmatic Agile Practitioner and Coach. I have mentored and led many agile teams, large programs and portfolios to embed a culture of business agility. My passion is working side-by-side with people and teams to help them become more effective and deliver value to the business and its customers. I have a particular interest in applying Lean Startup in large enterprises, and coaching leaders and teams to bring about positive change who can then build learning organisations. My ethos is to be pragmatic, listen with empathy and apply incremental learning.
I hope to be a disruptive force to those who think the way we develop products and services is just fine.
You can often find me actively bringing the industry together as an organiser of meetup groups and collaboration forums.
