Oracle Accounts Receivables System Upgrade: Technical analyst for Oracle AR project, which involved upgrading existing mainframe system to Oracle Receivables. The project supported the enterprise initiative to move from legacy to ERP system, which enhanced productivity, cash flow, customer service, and organizational health. Major functions included: Lead developer for Case Tracking System integration with Oracle. Built new functionality to integrate between SQL Server 2005 and Oracle 10i databases. Led integration modules to successful implementations. Integration modules includes customer, comments, collections, invoice, exceptions processing, hierarchy maintenance, and rebill exceptions. Major functions included: Developed an E-retrieval system by using Visual Studio to view customer check images and remits. The application was deployed to the entire customer service center, which consisted of more than 200 employees.

Remit Data Automation: The project drove productivity wins of 1 Full Time employee and paper savings of $15.00 per day. Major functions included: Created an automated process by utilizing SQL Server 2000 objects, such as DTS packages, stored procedures, and functions to automate the import of customer remit data from a flat file into a table. Developed the front end data search tool was created in Microsoft Access for users in the Operations team, which consisted of 40 employees. Check Imaging OCR Upgrade: Business project lead for the check imaging project, the largest project in 2007. The purpose of the project was to upgrade the current OCR system, develop an e-retrieval system, and coordinate retrieving electronic check and remit images from the lockboxes. Major functions included: Gathered user requirements, analyze current system and process, and document business rules. Ensured workflows were updated for future work streams. Developed test plan and test cases. Developed scope and requirements for software solutions.
