Defined, implemented, track and control the Enterprise integrated program plan to manage the program schedule and dependencies. (Agile and Waterfall) Developed, implemented and manage a dependency management guide and process to manage cross functional dependencies across projects (Agile --> Agile, Agile <--> Waterfall, Waterfall --> Waterfall).
