Title: Project Manager
I am Tzai-Hung Wu. I hold project management related certificates including PMP (11/2007), CSM (12/2012), CSD (08/2015) and CSPO (04/2016). I like to try on new things and take a challenge. I learn fast and I am willing to help people and share what I know. Over 10 years, I have been responsible for the project manage, through full software development cycle, such as control schedule, communication between customers and developers, planning program, and report the project status. Over 5 years Agile execution experience, great passion on project delivery with Scrum mythology.
As a ScrumMaster, I have been responsible for build team, led and facilitated members to learn and execute agile process, principles and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, automation testing and clean code. As a product owner, I communicated with shareholders, collected and sorted the priority of requirements to guide the team to the goal.
I have very strong develope and design skills for JavaEE and .Net solutions, so i also design the system architecture and often help team member to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot..
