Gloria J. Miller is the Founder and Managing Consultant of MaxMetrics an international Management and Information Technology (IT) Consulting company that is specialized in providing experts and expertise in international projects and programs. She provides consulting, training and workshops in Europe, Asia and the United States.
Gloria has 20+ years’ experience providing services to Fortune 500 and government organizations. She has co-authored books on implementing software and modernizing organizations to use information more effectively. She is a regular presenter at conferences; she has presented in 26 countries.
Gloria has a MBA, BS in computer science and AAS in electronic technology. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, ScrumAlliance, and IEEE. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®), the Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Six Sigma Green Belt, and FCC General Class Certifications.
