Randy Shumpert. Hello everyone, I am a passionate and enthusiast Agile practitioner, instructor, and SAFe v5 Program Consultant, with over 20 years of experience in information technology. Over the past few years, I have certified my experience in Agile and traditional project management strategy, tools, and techniques by acquiring several professional certifications including:

As an Agile Practitioner, I have coached teams on best agile practices, facilitated scrum processes and ceremonies, and worked with multiple teams in both co-located and distributed environments over many release cycles in the past five years. Developing high performing agile teams requires significant skill, leadership, and organizational patience as teams and team leadership learn the agile way of building software. A strong mixture of traditional waterfall and agile experience helps interact with stakeholders at all levels which can be critical to successful agile adoption. I find this combination of skill to be especially valuable in large technology environments where scaled Agile (SAFe) is practiced and have a long history of Waterfall development practices.
