Renowned management innovator and Forbes contributor Steve Denning will lead viewers through an exciting retrospective of the Consortium’s 2015 site visits to organizations including Microsoft, Ericsson, and Magna International and discuss how findings reveal a striking convergence toward a set of management goals, principles, and values that are markedly different from the management practices of hierarchical bureaucracy.

It will also review the discussions of the Drucker Forum, including the presentation of the Learning Consortium’s report.

Steve Denning  
Steve Denning is a board member of Scrum Alliance® and combines several decades of management experience at the World Bank with many years of consulting and research on leadership and management issues. From 1996 to 2000, he was director of Knowledge Management at the World Bank, where he spearheaded the knowledge-sharing program.

In November 2000, he was selected as one of the world's ten Most Admired Knowledge Leaders (Teleos). In March 2015, he was selected as one of the Top 20 Business Thought Leaders to Follow (Clearpoint Strategy).
