Path to CSP® Educator Review Team

Overview

The Path to CSP Application Review Committee is the peer review arm of Path to CSP application process. Together with Scrum Alliance staff members, the Path to CSP Application Review Team evaluates applications and mentors Advanced CSMs and Advanced CSPOs who would like to become Certified Scrum Professionals. 

Responsibilities

Members of the Path to CSP® Educator Review Team are required to:
  • Hold the CST or CEC designation, as well as the Path to CSP Educator designation
  • Participate in monthly conference calls
  • Review incoming Path to CSP Educator applications
  • Provide mentoring and feedback to candidates
  • Meet regularly to review and provide feedback on:
    • Path to CSP program structure (including Advanced CSM®, Advanced CSPO®, CSP-SM, and CSP-PO)
    • CSP program learning objectives
    • Marketing strategies for Path to CSP educational offerings
  • Comply with all Scrum Alliance® policies, including those related to confidentiality, conflict of interest, copyright assignment, and Code of Ethics

Compensation

Scrum Alliance pays a small stipend per completed review.

Terms

The Path to CSP Educator Review Team members serve one-year terms, with an opportunity to be considered for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. 

Composition

Up to six (6) community members and one (1) Scrum Alliance staff member.
