Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Attendees are allowed one transfer, but it must be to the same class type and can only be transferred for the next upcoming class.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate large groups and encourage full teams to sign up. Email [email protected] for more information on discount pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer into the next available course. Any additional transfer requests will result in a $100 transfer fee. All refund/transfer requests must be emailed to [email protected]. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your class attendance. Attendees must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the class start time to reschedule if they are unable to attend. Registration will be considered forfeited if no notice is received within the 48 hour window. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have questions about these policies. This microcredential course is specifically designed for Product Owners and Product Managers at any stage of their career (CSPO®, A-CSPO®, CSP-PO®, or practicing without certification) who want to understand and leverage Artificial Intelligence effectively within their role.

It is also highly beneficial for Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Marketing Professionals, Stakeholders, and anyone involved in defining product strategy or requirements who is interested in the practical application of AI tools and techniques to enhance product value.

No specific Scrum Alliance certification is required to attend this course. However, familiarity with Agile concepts and the accountabilities of the Product Owner role is recommended to gain the most value from the focused discussions and exercises on applying AI.
