Global and Regional Scrum Gatherings®
are the flagship conferences of Scrum Alliance, the organization that provides the globally recognized Certified ScrumMaster™(CSM) certification. Regional Scrum Gathering®
India 2014 is the Regional Scrum Gathering®
conference in India.
India is about people and their aspirations and interactions. With the second-largest and -youngest populace in the world, India's 1.25 billion people think, live, and walk Agile every day. The Agile Manifesto in its true form, be it for customer collaboration, customer satisfaction, or responding to change, is in action; the Indian psyche is about truly being Agile.
With the theme of "Humane Scrum," the Regional Scrum Gathering®
India 2014 focuses on exploring techniques, tools, behaviors, and experiences that help bring about the mind-set so essential to reaping the benefits of using Scrum in organizations small and large.
It is a unique opportunity to share and learn from community leaders, fellow practitioners, and coaches. This is also a platform to connect to Agile gurus, thought leaders, and a who's-who of Agile organizations, and to connect your business and hiring prospects in a never-before seen blend of Scrum practitioners.
Regional Scrum Gathering India 2014 will see the participation of more than 600 delegates from 175+ companies and 15+ countries. With 5 different tracks, the chance to earn 16+ SEUs (Cat A), and more than 15 CSCs/CSTs attending the event, it will prove to be learning extravaganza for all participants.

Regional Scrum Gathering® India 2014 was hosted on 11-12 July, 2014, in the "Pearl City" of Hyderabad in India.
With the theme "Humane Scrum," India's second Regional Scrum Gathering® focused on organizational and team mind-set transformation. Case studies, workshops, and presentations were organized to coach teams and organizations to focus on Scrum values and principles. The most popular sections of the program were the Open Space and the Scrum Coaching Clinic.
The event drew 426 participants from 175 companies and 15 countries. More than 60 people attended the Coaching Clinic, led by 8 coaches.
The conference was preceded by India's first CSP+ Retreat, which attracted 45 CSCs, CSTs, CSPs, and potential CSPs. With an "Ignite" session from Arne Ahlander, CST, and a concluding session by Madhur Kathuria, CSC, the retreat focused on spreading the word and reach of CSP certifications in India.
We thank Scrum enthusiasts from India for the grand success of our humble attempt and look forward to seeing you in 2015 at the next Regional Scrum Gathering® in India.
