Hello, SGMSP18 Registrants -

It’s hard to believe that Global SCRUM GATHERING® Minneapolis is just a short time in the future. Speaking of the future, here’s an overview of a terrific track to investigate at the conference.

Keeping Track: IEEE Software – Past, Present and Future
Past, Present and Future is a collaborative product between Scrum Alliance® and IEEE Software, the world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. Scrum has been used for over two decades for product development and is the most practiced of the Agile frameworks. The industry has benefitted tremendously from the adoption of Agile and Scrum, and how they have changed how products are developed, and how services are provided.

Together, we will learn from our past, examine our current status quo, and, together, advance to the next steps. Topics include:

  • The Post Project Era - The Future of Agile
  • Beyond Scrum, Agile, and Scaling
  • 2017 Epic Agile Report: Management Consultants, Virtual Reality, and the US Government
  • Building the Right Product Using Experiment-Driven Development

Search the schedule and plan on attending one of these sessions.

Opening Keynote: The Life of Scrum with Billy McLaughlin
We’re excited to have Billy McLaughlin as our Monday morning keynote speaker. Billy mixes humor, music, and lots of personal truths to show that Scrum can be for more than just the workplace. Learn more about Billy McLaughlin here.
