Join Manoj Vadakkan for a Scrum course offered by LitheSpeed consistently rated as one of the best in the industry.
This two-day Certified ScrumMaster Training prepares you to gain your ScrumMaster certification, and more importantly to put your skills to immediate use in complex situations and projects. Upon completion, participants are eligible to take an exam which allows them to be registered as Certified ScrumMasters (CSMs). Certification includes a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where valuable ScrumMaster materials and information are available exclusively to CSMs.
We cover the essential concepts and tools of Scrum, highlighting differences between agile processes and traditional "waterfall" methodologies and providing a roadmap for adopting Agile. We'll look into the theoretical bases of Scrum, including Lean and the quality movement. We’ll also cover newer advances such as Kanban, and learn how to apply Scrum to program and portfolio management at scale.
Participants will learn how to lead development teams towards agile operations by managing product backlogs, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives. This course is taught by an industry leader with decades of real-world industry experience rolling out Scrum at companies ranging from small business to the Fortune 100.
Exercises, case studies, and examples are interwoven throughout the course to illustrate the principles being taught. We'll review personal case studies of how the trainer helped companies use Scrum on projects and organizations ranging from 5 to 5,000 people, and participants will have the chance to raise and discuss their own situations, providing one of the most targeted training experiences available.
No death by Powerpoint in this class!
Unlike other training programs, this is an experiential learning workshop where your will experience what you are learning thru carefully designed activities, well-facilitated discussions, some lecture, and some practice exams. This is not your typical training where the instructor tells you everything from the podium using a PowerPoint presentation. Attendees will receive a rich workbook, reading materials that they can use personally or for educating their organization.
All agile training courses can also be offered as private classes. If you're interested in bringing LitheSpeed to your organization, contact us at email@example.com.

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
