The Most Practical Stories
Most courses teach you just enough to pass the CSM test. We do that too (in fact, we guarantee it), but view the certification as secondary to a comprehensive grasp of not just Scrum’s philosophy, but its real-world applications across different organizational scenarios. This includes applying Scrum outside of software development to business functions such as HR, marketing and sales.
Learn how to lead development teams towards agile operations by managing product backlogs, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives.
We have led full-scale organizational transformations at many scales and in many situations: from Fortune 100 commercial businesses to government agencies; heavily regulated organizations to gaming companies; small non-profits to individuals applying the practices at home. This current, practical experience yields stories that resonate, rather than recitation of rote theory.

Our course was crafted from the ground up to be invigorating and memorable. This means no dry Comic Sans Powerpoint presentations and droning lectures.
Awesome exercises – You will play with gaming dice, throw balls around, experience physical improv-inspired simulations, listen to music and more.
Uniquely practical takeaways – From beautifully designed full-color printed and digital materials to custom-designed games for your team, practice exams and quick-start guides, we give you more useful freebies than almost anyone else.

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
